Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reviewaroo, a product of Journeys Through Search ("JTS", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, installing, or using Reviewaroo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. The Product

Reviewaroo is a software plugin and/or JavaScript embed that displays third-party review data (from platforms including Google, Facebook, Yelp, A Place for Mom, Caring.com, Recovery.com, Rehab.com, BBB, Trustpilot, and others) on your website. The product requires configuration by you, including connecting to the relevant review platforms you use.

3. License

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable annual license to use Reviewaroo on the number of domains specified in your purchase. The license is:

  • Per domain — one license key per website
  • Annual — expires 12 months from purchase date
  • Non-transferable — may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to a third party

You may not use one license key on more domains than purchased.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on the number of domains licensed:

  • 1–3 sites: $150/site/year
  • 4–6 sites: $125/site/year
  • 6+ sites: $99/site/year

Payment is due upon purchase. All sales are in USD. We will notify you 30 days before your license expires with a renewal link.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@reviewaroo.com within 30 days and we will issue a full refund. No refunds are available after 30 days.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Compliance

Reviewaroo pulls review data from third-party platforms. By using the product, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party review data complies with each platform's terms of service
  • You will not use the product to display reviews in a misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent manner
  • You will not display reviews in violation of applicable laws including consumer protection and advertising regulations

JTS is not responsible for changes to third-party platform structures, APIs, or terms of service that may affect product functionality.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Reviewaroo to:

  • Display fabricated, edited, or misleading reviews
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Resell or redistribute the plugin or embed code without written permission from JTS

8. Intellectual Property

Reviewaroo, including all underlying code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Journeys Through Search. Your license grants you the right to use the product — not to own, copy, modify, or redistribute it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reviewaroo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all platforms. Third-party review data is provided as-is from the source platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reviewaroo, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and delete all copies. No refund will be issued for terminations due to Terms violations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Reviewaroo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
