Why We Built This
At JTS, we've spent years building websites and running SEO and paid advertising for senior living communities across the country.
The same conversation kept happening: an operator would have a 4.7-star Google rating, 60+ reviews, families consistently praising the care — and absolutely none of that was visible on their actual website.
The reviews existed. Families were finding them on Google. But by the time a prospect landed on the community's website, all that social proof disappeared. The website had to stand on its own — often without a single authentic voice from a resident's family.
We built Reviewaroo to solve that specific problem. Pull the reviews from every platform. Display them beautifully. Make it easy enough that any staff member can set it up and maintain it.
It works. Communities using it tell us tour requests improve and families are more confident when they call. That's the whole point.
The Problem
JTS was building websites for senior living communities and kept running into the same frustration: operators had great Google ratings but no way to showcase them on their own sites without hiring a developer.
The Build
We built a lightweight WordPress plugin that pulled reviews directly from the Google Places API and rendered them in a clean, credible display. Simple config, no code required.
The Validation
We deployed it on client sites and the feedback was clear — families noticed, tour requests increased, and operators wanted it on every community they ran.
Today
Reviewaroo is available as a standalone product for any senior living operator, assisted living community, or behavioral health provider who wants their reviews working harder.
