About Reviewaroo — Review Display Plugin for Senior Living & Behavioral Health
Reviewaroo is a product of JTS — Journeys Through Search. We build CRM, integration, and digital infrastructure for senior living and behavioral health organizations. This tool came directly out of that work.
Why We Built This
At JTS, we build the systems that connect CRMs, EMRs, ad platforms, forms, and phone systems for senior living and behavioral health organizations.
While setting up those systems for clients, we kept running into the same gap: operators had strong Google ratings, dozens of real reviews, families speaking highly of their care — and none of it was showing up on their own website.
The reviews existed. Families were finding them on Google, A Place for Mom, and Caring.com. But the moment a prospect landed on the actual website, that social proof was gone.
We built Reviewaroo to close that gap. We were already deep in the technical infrastructure for these organizations. Adding a review display tool that actually works — and that non-technical staff could set up without calling IT — was the natural next step.
It came out of real client work. It solves a real problem. And it’s built by people who understand both the systems side and the operations side of this industry.
The Problem
JTS was building CRM and integration infrastructure for senior living and behavioral health organizations and kept running into the same gap: operators had strong ratings across multiple platforms but no way to display them on their own site.
The Build
We built a lightweight WordPress plugin that pulls reviews via official platform integrations and public listing data, rendering them in a clean, credible display. Simple config, no code required.
The Validation
We deployed it on client sites and the feedback was clear — prospects noticed, inquiries increased, and operators wanted it live on every site they ran.
Today
Reviewaroo is available as a standalone product for any senior living, assisted living, memory care, or behavioral health organization that wants their reviews working harder — pulled from every platform their prospects are already checking.
