Do all plans include the same features?
Yes — every plan includes all features. The only difference between tiers is the number of sites and the per-site price. The more locations you manage, the lower your per-site rate.
Which review platforms are supported?
Reviewaroo pulls from Google, Facebook, Yelp, and your industry-specific review sites (and your industry-specific review sites for senior living; Recovery.com and Rehab.com for behavioral health). All sources included in every plan.
What is a license key per domain?
Each license key activates the plugin for one specific domain. If you manage multiple locations with separate websites, you need one key per site. Multi-site tiers give you a lower per-site rate.
Is billing monthly or annual?
All plans are billed annually. Annual licensing keeps the price low and ensures your review feed stays active year-round.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. If you add more locations, we'll prorate the difference and move you to the appropriate tier.
Do I need a Google API key?
Yes — a free Google Places API key is required. We provide step-by-step setup instructions. The free tier covers most sites.
